Expressing Emotion
How to express emotion? Emotion can be express through so many median or ways or method or anything related that you can think about. Some people express the emotion by physical way. For example, a man will fighting when he feel annoyed by someone. Another way to express the emotion is by writing a poem like a famous poet, William Shakespeare that very famous with the poem the entitle Sonnet (my favourite is Sonnet 18). We know that he express the eternal feeling through a very wonderful poem. But, to take for granted that every way of expressing the emotion could give exact feeling same as the another person, I could say that caption always give the simple way and effective to have it.
Some example of caption about expressing emotion :
• nervousness that gave you butterflies in your stomach
• anger that burned you up
• fear that stopped you cold
• excitement that had you jumping for joy
• love and affection that melted your heart
• bottled up sadness that left a lump in your throat
• relief that felt as if a weight had been lifted from your shoulder
So this is some of the example about using caption to express the emotion.
I think you will agree if I say the caption is much easier to understand rather than other ways like writing a poem or just using a physical way.

What is emotion.
Emotion is the complex psychophysiological experience of an individual's state of mind as interacting with biochemical (internal) and environmental (external) influences. In humans, emotion fundamentally involves "physiological arousal, expressive behaviors, and conscious experience". Emotion is associated with mood, temperament, personality and disposition, and motivation. The English word 'emotion' is derived from the French word émouvoir. This is based on the Latin emovere, where e- (variant of ex-) means 'out' and movere means 'move'. The related term "motivation" is also derived from the word movere.
No definitive taxonomy of emotions exists, though numerous taxonomies have been proposed. Some categorizations include:
* 'Cognitive' versus 'non-cognitive' emotions
* Instinctual emotions (from the amygdala), versus cognitive emotions (from the prefrontal cortex).
* Categorization based on duration: Some emotions occur over a period of seconds (for example, surprise), whereas others can last years (for example, love).
A related distinction is between the emotion and the results of the emotion, principally behaviors and emotional expressions. People often behave in certain ways as a direct result of their emotional state, such as crying, fighting or fleeing. If one can have the emotion without the corresponding behavior, then we may consider the behavior not to be essential to the emotion. Neuroscientific research suggests there is a "magic quarter second" during which it's possible to catch a thought before it becomes an emotional reaction. In that instant, one can catch a feeling before allowing it to take hold.
